Ove godine je u konkurenciji kratkometražnog filma prijavljeno više od 1000 radova iz 80-ak zemalja, a prijave su završile početkom ožujka. Osim prijavljenih radova, selektori gledaju i programe drugih festivala kratkometražnog filma s kojima vrlo dobru surađuju duži niz godina (Berlin, Clermont-Ferrand, Oberhausen). Program će se sastojati od dva natjecateljska programa u domaćoj i međunarodnoj konkurenciji gdje su zastupljeni filmovi svih rodova (animirani, dokumentarni, igrani, eksperimentalni). Osim toga, predstavit će se i nekoliko retrospektiva, izbor dječjeg programa – Kiki. Kako bi se izokrenula perspektiva zajedničkog gledanja filmova i aktivno uključili publiku, organizira se program Sound & Vision i Noć žive publike.
U sklopu programa Zagorski specijal, prikazat će se filmovi autora iz Hrvatskog zagorja.
