Limena glazba Siska, popularni ansambl puhača LGS, u svom je dugu trinaestdesetljetnu postojanju ove godine prvi puta nakon 1945. zamjenu za prvonajsku budnicu dobio u petrinjskim kolegama GLG-a.
Nastupio je nakon duge pandemijske stanke neminovni razlaz s njihovom bazom, kolodvorskom HŽ ložionicom, jer je od ranijih četrdesetak, njihov sastav 2022. spao na samo 14 članova.
Zadnja velika personalna promjena zbila se dalekih 70-ih, kada je rasformiranjem divizijske vojne glazbe LGS-u pristupilo desetak puhača, adaptiranih sisačkih zetova koji su na uvježbavanja u grad na tri rijeke otad putovali iz Zagreba, zajedno s “demobilisanim” kapelnikom pok. Božom Medakovićem, kasnijim ravnateljem Glazbene škole Frana Lhotke.
Inače, LGS se kroz desetljeća popunjavao s oca na sina i unuka. Najbolja ilustracija tome je slučaj capraške obitelji Peternelovih. Osim oca Janeza, koji je u “limenjacima” svirao klarinet, a na svadbenim feštama u fušu harmoniku, u LGS-u su nastupali i saksofonist Josip (81), pok. brat Vlado svirao je klarinet i bubanj, dok je Josipov sin Dinko svirao trubu. Slično je bilo u slučaju pok. obrtnika trubača Josipa Pavlovića, čiji je sin prerano umrli Marijan, uz svirke u LGS-u sjajne jazz i dixieland solo-dionice izvodio u zabavnom sastavu “Kondori”.
Zahvaljujući živućim članovima obitelji Peternel, u prilici smo kao svojevrsni vremeplov objaviti snimku pok. Ivice Kovačića, autorsku fotografiju LGS-a iz 2. svibnja 1961., kada su “limenjaci” u ljetnim odorama JŽ-a ponosno koračali Kranjčevićevom ulicom, kraj zgrade Hrvatske gospodarske komore. (J.F.) T
